I have 2 mini goals, cardio and muscular endurance.
Muscles will be done with resistance bands and my kickboxing bag.
Cardio will be powerwalking.
Tomorrow is walking, just 1 mile at a steady pace. So tonight I check I have my kit, HR monitor and route all sorted (I know I have but will check anyway). Must remember to dig out my journal too, it has the route distances in it.
I have only one thing to remember
Gradual is the key term. Do NOT push it! Well, not just yet :)

Screwed my courage to the sticking point...
... and won!
I am 8lbs below my old all day every day weight and, having leaped back on the wagon, am again losing about a pound a week.
Knees are feeling good again and the Darth Vader breathing seems to have gone, even with the hayfever. So exercise is my one and only goal for summer.
I will do some, simple as that :)
OK, so the workout schedule won't be that simple but the target is.
I'll be back, for a short while at least.

Take that!
I have lost all but 1 of those lbs and am happily gallivanting on to lose more.
I am nearing my sticking point, so I might have a stall but hopefully adding regular exercise will sort that out!
So 4lbs down and 4lbs to go for January! Yee and ha!

New Year and a restart
Well! I gained 5lbs in 2 months for not keeping my eye on the ball. OK the last 4 weeks have been a bit OTT with all sorts of Christmassy goings on! I can't really complain, but I must get a grip again!
So, I will give myself this month to lose those 5lbs again.
I need to get myself all organised, so here goes:

- Get my gym bag re-packed
- Make a shopping list for quick lunches and big bulky teas
- Make a proper effort to stick to Monday, Wednesday and Friday as Down Days
- Use mfp to check all days kcal intake

1.5lbs down
So that's 4.5lbs so far this calendar month.
September's last weigh in will be next Tuesday (Oct 2nd) so hopefully I will lose another lb. My big aim was for 8lbs overall, but, over time, I will be very happy with a single lb a week. so this month I am ahead :)
And yes, JUDDD is still very, very easy to do!

3lbs down
And a week to go before the end of the month!
I wouldn't mind but I fell off a few times, including this week (it turns out it was my birthday) so I'm having a weekend of fun, food and wine!

Just the one
Ah well. That's still a pound a week on average, which is after all what I worked out all those kcals for!
I am not sure why I was expecting more. I did lots of calculations to ensure I lost slowly and permanently. Now I want to see the kind of fast weight loss that I know is not sustainable!
Just greedy I suppose.
Anyhoo: September's target is purely based on DD successes as I go back to work and it might prove a little difficult until I get into the swing of it.
