So, I will give myself this month to lose those 5lbs again.
I need to get myself all organised, so here goes:
- Get my gym bag re-packed
- Make a shopping list for quick lunches and big bulky teas
- Make a proper effort to stick to Monday, Wednesday and Friday as Down Days
- Use mfp to check all days kcal intake
There. Short and sweet, nothing to it, just get to it!
