Take that!

I have lost all but 1 of those lbs and am happily gallivanting on to lose more.

I am nearing my sticking point, so I might have a stall but hopefully adding regular exercise will sort that out!

So 4lbs down and 4lbs to go for January! Yee and ha!

Well done! After all my bluff and promises, I'm starting 2013 the same weight as I started 2012. Doh!
Anyway, glad you are making progress. I really will try to follow your good example this year.
